Burnley Wood Community Centre is hosting Calico/Help directs Careers Advice Day, its all FREE and the information and advise is of use to everyone from School Leavers to people who are just looking to change careers. Come along and see what's on offer to you locally.

The Burnley Wood Community Centre who hold a weekly luncheon club for the over 50s every Tuesday, children's activity sessions, keep fit on a Wednesday as well as numerous other events to help the Burnley community is now fully ran by the people of the area.

They have identified a need for a Burnley career day from the people who attend. Those who are trying to help their children who have just left school or college to find work, or to simply choose another career path for themselves have voiced they would benefit from seeing examples of the great businesses in the area with which they could possibly choose to work with.
